Open your home directory in KDE
Make sure "Show Hidden Files" is enabled under "View"
Open the .kde directory
Find an icon from an app somewhere, and drag it to the Autostart
directory, selecting "Link here".
Next time you start KDE, anything that's in the Autostart directory
should start automagically.
