    In that case, you probably have a version installed that the patch rpm can't
    handle. Go get

    http://ftp.gwdg.de/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/i386/update/9.0/rpm/noarch/webmin-1.150-5.noarch.rpm

    instead and -Uvh with that. That's the full version
