'Not surprised at that. I'd suggest jpg for any graphic file that has to be
easily read by other systems. It's a lossey format, but sometimes you don't
have a choice. I import Canon RAW files and save as tifs, then reduce to no
larger than 1024x? and save as jpg for an image to send "out."
