Not really sure what you meant by this but if you have obtained
a site certificate from a trusted Certificate Authority (CA)
like VeriSign, GeoTrust, etc., usually they'll tell you what to
do with it...
If you have no idea what the above is all about, try googling
for "configure apache ssl". I'm sure you'll find something that
would give you an idea about the process.

Just replace the ones (test certificates) you have now.
