As for all packages, there is always more or less info on the
corresponding directory under '/usr/share/doc/packages/'. In this case,
you have:
/usr/share/doc/packages/wine/doc-html/
wine-devel/index.html
wine-user/index.html
winelib-user/index.html
You may try the newest version of wine from ftp....people/meissner
