You're probably OK, but I would suggest that you go into the YaST ISDN
configuration and enter your country code to make sure things are OK.
Then check again.
If you don't put in a country code, SuSE will try to dial a number in
Germany. Of course this ought to fail, but AFAICT some ISPs have
deliberately set up numbers this way, presumably so that if you do get
it wrong, you still connect correctly. I know you could do this in the
UK with BT's ISDN number because I did it a few times before I got ISDN
set up with the right number.
I suspect you won't have any additional charges but you'd have to check
your 'phone bill for that.
