Hi all, i have a little problem with YOU: when I try to verify the
presence of new updates using Suse Watcher or I directly try to find
    them, I receive an error

    error Connect failed

This is the situation: I have 2 pc, a desktop using WinXp and a
notebook using Suse 9.1 (kernel 2.6). The desktop pc is configured to
be a gateway for other computers, trough ethernet connection, due of
his ADSL connection; notebook uses this gateway to surf the internet.
I can't use my ADSL modem on linux because it's not compatible (usb
model send me by Telecom Italia, only a few people, about 10-15, in
Italy made it working on Linux, especially on Debian with 2.4.x
kernel), so I have to surf trough the gateway ore directly with a 56k
dial up connection from the winmodem of the notebook.
Some days ago I want to get the notebook updated, I wasn't home so I
used the 56k connection, so I got the update list: about 150Mb! Can't
    do this with 56k...
Back at home, I started the desktop pc, connected the notebook and
started YOU. Immediately I got that error.

Now the question is: is there something special that has to be
configured (except proxy settings that are ok, because i can surf
using Firefox without problems) to make YOU work behind a Gateway?
It gave me the same problem using a Linux gateway: can surf, but can't use YOU.

    Thanks for every answer
