If the USB cable is accidentally disconnected, the printer enters the
"Stopped" state and stays like that even after the cable is plugged back, or
"rccups restart".
This is not fun at all.
One has to use http://localhost:631/ and start the printer manually after
adding an administrative account with
lppasswd -g sys -a root
Too much routine dull administrative work for a simple thing.
Ideally, the printer should resume printing when the USB connection is
reestablished.
