[SLE] Stupid RPM question

This is probobly a stupid question with an obvious answer. I don't know
how to correctly install a .src.rpm. When I install one, it installs
fast and the files aren't there. For instance, a 'kernel-source' source
rpm that is 190MB installs very fast and no new files are in /usr/src.
How do install one correctly
