Data-recovery is part of my job here. From my
observations, Maxtor drives are most likely to crash
or burn! I know some maxtor models which are
irrevocably condemned to fail! I found Western Digital
and Seagate have the best reliability. My be different
qualities from region to region? WD hards being sold
here (Iran) are manufactured in Malasya.
In my opinion:
Quietest = Maxtor
Most reliable = Western, Seagate
Coldest = Fujitsu
Fastest = ? (depends on model)
