I'm not sure if this has been reported or not since I couldn't find
anything through Google or on the Suse website. It's possible that my
Suse 9.1 Personal disc had a dirty spot for just one file.
After switching out the motherboard, I decided to use an old 3Dfx
Banshee 16MB card for my file server. The X driver file,
XFree86-Mesa-4.3.99.902-40.i586.rpm, refused to install using YAST and
SAX2 would bail out after starting up. When I tried to install from
command line, the rpm reported that the file had a bad signature. I
downloaded the file from the ftp server and it installed correctly
without any additional problems.
Thanks!
