Can your router assign a specific IP to a MAC address? If so, each
computer will have a consistent address. You can then add the IP & name
lists to your hosts file on each computer. If you can't do that, you
can assign static addresses to each computer, but either disable DHCP on
the router, or chose addresses outside the range provided by the dhcp
server, but within the address range that can access the router.
