It is documented in the manual for the laptops and we used the large
screens connected to the docking stations that were on desks in our
offices to make reading easy on the eyes. It's also something we look
out for on all new laptops, as we need to use laptops with projectors
for presentations. Our laptops also needed to be connected to the office
LANs when working from our various offices.
It differs on laptops depending on the manufacturer, Function-F10 on our
first 2 Fujitu laptops, I can't remember what the 3rd. was and on the
new Acer it is Function-F5 to switch video out and back. On the keyboard
it's usually a small box in the shape of a screen under the F5 e.g or 2
small boxes side by side, one unshaded and the other shaded.
