I'm using SuSE 9.1 upgraded to latest via YAST. Kernel is
2.6.5-7.111.19-default.
The boot message says:
Inspecting /boot/System.map-2.6.5-7.111.19-default
Loaded 23749 symbols from /boot/System.map-2.6.5-7.111.19-default.
Symbols match kernel version 2.6.5.
No module symbols loaded - kernel modules not enabled.
I have the same problem on a Dell 1150 laptop which prevents me from using
the ndiswrapper thingie for my wifi.
I have searched Google, read TFM and lists on this problem but have not
found a way to cure the problem.
Can anyone tell me how to get the proper symbols stuff loaded?
TIA
Richard
