    Change 'subfs' to 'auto' and remove the 'fs=xxxfss' altogether. Add 'user' to
    the mount options, if you want to be able to mount as user.

    To disable it temporarily, you could also simply do 'umount /dev/dvd', then it
    won't be mounted automatically and you can do 'mount /dev/dvd /media/dvd' to
    mount it manually. If you give more than one parameter to mount it won't look
    in fstab. But then you always have to be root to mount.

    You only mount file systems, and until you've burned the CD there is no file
    system on it, so k3b doesn't mount it.
