Carl, I am using Firefox 1.0

Interestingly, when I enter rpm -qa | grep Firefox and hit enter nothing
happens. I am brought back to a command prompt. Same thing if I try egrep or
    fgrep.

Grep does appear to be installed. I typed locate grep and it found /usr/bin/ (a
    whole bunch of greps)
