    Aha, that's it, thanks!
    I took the recommended one: Laserjet_5MP-PostScript.
     
    I now tried the other three and they printed all pages.

    The second one, Laserjet_5MP-gimp-print-ijs, printed about 3 mm too much
    to the right.
    So I would advise either Laserjet_5MP-gimp-print or Laserjet_5MP-hpijs
