    1. Take modem out of box.
    2. Connect phone line to modem.
    3. Connect both PC's to modem, one per port.
    4. Turn on modem.
    5. Configure both PC's to use DHCP and restart network software or
    reboot.
    6. Connect to modem using a web browser per instructions that came with
    the modem.
    7. Configure modem for your ISP settings.

    If you need more detailed instructions than these you will need to call
    tech support for the modem.
