    does some one have a working smb.conf with which the samba deamon would
    work properly?
    ive tried to configure it in many ways and even cut down the
    configurations to a few lines and yet i cant get the samba server to
    show up in network neighborhood on windows systems nor share files :P

    all hints are welcome.

    samba v3 brings a whole lot of new features dunno what swicth overides
    what....
