Is there a way to configure the KNode newsreader so that:

    (1) It doesn't crosspost -- that is, it only posts to the newsgroup in which I
    respond.

    (2) It doesn't send email, even if the poster has requested email?

Of course, they should be careful what they wish for, because if they succeed in chasing people like me who do not agree with them off this newsgroup, then they will just be preaching to the choir, and nothing they say is reaching the people they are trying to change...... ... On the other side of that coin, people that read a particular group because it offers a familiarity with other posters on it and don't want "outsiders" brought in, will block your posts due to you inviting others in and then you won't be reaching the audience that you want to reach. ...
