[SLE] eth1: Too much work in interrupt, status e401.

    all,

     anyone know what this message means (eth1: Too much work in interrupt, status e401). the nic is a 3con 3c905C-TX/TX-M (100BaseTx no auto-negotiation), this server runs squid, 2gb ram and P4 2.40GHz
     the interface stops when this occurs
