    Since in 9.3 the firewall is enabled by default then this would stop your
    PC connecting to Samba. Since you are connected to the Internet via a
    router it is quite safe to dissable the SuSE firewall. You can simply do
    this in YAST, "Security and Users" then "Firewall".
