[SLE] python bindings missing qscintilla on SuSE 9.2

    Just ran the upgrade to KDE 3.4.2 and it all went smoothly.
    Except kdebindings3-python won't update because of a missing libqscintilla.

    Anyone seen one lying around?
    Can I use the 9.3 package?
