[SLE] Upgrade of KDE 3.4.1

I am using SuSE 9.1 and KDE 3.4.1 and want to upgrade to KDE 3.4.2. (Using
SuSE RPM's) The dependences say I need libieee1284 but I am unable to find it
for SuSE 9.1.
Does anyone know where I can find it?
