[SLE] Adding PDF printer to krpinter

    I accidentally deleted the PDF pseudo printer in kprinter. I searched
    Google for half an hour, but was unable to find any help for adding
    that pseudo printer back.

    Any one have the steps to add "print to PDF" back into kprinter?
