The only reliable way to do what you want is to copy all the data to another
location and then copy it back. Well, you could pay good money for some
utils to do this, but that's the cheap way.
I found a utility on TUCOWS that will move the files Windows Defrag doesn't
want to move, but I'm not sure it'll do what you need.
