    The DST is handled automatically by glibc. Make sure you have the
    proper time zone set (for instance via YaST -> Date and Time).

    If you want to know when DST starts in Brazil, try e.g.

    $ /usr/sbin/zdump -v /usr/share/zoneinfo/Brazil/East

    For more information, see man pages of zic, zdump, date, ...
