I can't even place the order! After entering all the details correctly I
get a message "No error message found. (Error message 20002065-0)".
I've contacted the Novell Customer Service who sent me some suggestions
which I followed, told them so, tried again (and again and again ad
nauseum) still get the same crap. And no further response from Novell.
To say that I am pissed off would be an understatement.
If the figures you show above are correct then the whole thing is a scam
by Novell. The offer specifically states that there are NO 'shipping
costs' to be incurred by the purchaser - all one pays is $59.95 if the
order is placed by (eob) 30 September.
Cheers.
