    I think you should carefully read the messages before responding, Colin.
    It was Hans who was stating that he had to pay such a huge price for the
    order, not me.

    If it WERE me stating the cost to me then I would state that I am paying
    $AU79 for the copy including delivery - and I live in Canberra.
