    I realise that the original posting asked about a partitioner that ran
    under Windows. However, it seems to have migrated to those that will
    run under the superior OS :-) So, how about cfdisk as in Vector
    Linux? I've just downloaded it to run an old, old PC that would not
    take SuSE but will run Vector very happily. cfdisk seems to support a
    hundred and one different file systems. It might be worth taking a
    look...
