    clamav is available from either your SuSE distribution or from their web site.
    It is an opensource package and is extremely good.

    KlamAV is a front end to ClamAV for the KDE desktop user.

    You should find it in one of the APT repositories
    ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt/SuSE/9.3-i386
