Postfix should be configured by yast already to start the necessary
services. It might be necessary though to reboot the server or start all
services manually.
Suse uses amavisd-new to filter content and amavisd-new will call up
spamassassin and the antivirus you configure to scan the mails.
So you need to check that amavis is running (usually on 127.0.0.1:10024)
and that amavis itself is configured to use spamassassin and antivirus
software of your choice (clam-av, antivir ...).
