    Does anyone know of a good facilities maintenance program that runs entirely on linux? Preferably web-based.
    So far all the ones I have found are based on Microsoft Access or SQL Server. I found an article on a LAMP
    based solution developed for a firm in the UK, but I haven't been able to find the contact information for
    that company. Also FreeCMMS and MyCMMS are no where near production quality and are not an option.
