Hello SuSE people,
Used to work just great. Now it doesn't. Have all of the accessories and
peripheral files installed (packman) to make xine/kaffeine work
properly. (as it used to) ie: pop a DVD into the drive and kaffeine
would open and play it. As I said, now it doesn't.
I can put in a DVD and when it doesn't open, navigate my way
to /media/dvdrecorder/video_ts/vob file, select that, and kaffeine will
start the video perfectly. (hope you all are following me here)
So what has happened? Why doesn't it start automagically like it is
supposed to? Here is the pertinent line in my /etc/fstab file. (excuse
the wrapping)
/dev/dvdrecorder /media/dvdrecorder subfs
fs=cdfss,ro,procuid,nosuid,nodev,exec,iocharset=utf8 0 0
Anything to do with hal? resmgr? Running 9.2 with all updates.
Anybody can tell me why it used to work and now it doesn't?
Hopefully ? All ideas and suggestions welcomed.
Bob S.
