Hey Johannes, that was pretty harsh on a poor guy who was only trying to
give information to help me. I do agree that if he would like some help
to fix his scanner, it would be sensible to post more information.
Richard, thanks for letting me know your experience. I appreciate it.
Anyway, I've bought an RX620 so I'll no doubt be back to ask for help
and/or let you all know that it worked :)
