I have a Visioneer 8000 USB and there does not seem to be any
support for visioneer scanners, pity they are great scanners, I keep
Winblows active just so I can use it.

Subject: [SLE] Unsupported scanner
Visioneer Paperport Vx
I googled Kooka, sane, and did a general google...
The best I can find is no scsi support for any Visioneer items, and I don't
see too much for the Vx model.
Anyone have one of these running under 9.3 or 10?
They made more than one connection type. This is the scsi version. (I think
there were even a difference in mac and pc versions. This is a mac version.
Just don't ask me the difference. Maybe firmware?)
Or am I just screwed? This is a very nice little scanner. Yea, only B&W, but
perfect for faxing, scanning receipts, and checks... Just walk up to it and
stick it in...
I'm just not seeing anything that would help.
Any pointers?
