[SLE] MySQL Support in Courier Authlib

OS: SuSE 10.0 Pro
I am trying to locate the authmysql component in the Courier Authlib
packages and do not find it. Have I missed it somewhere in the SuSE
distribution?
OTOH, I was pleased to see MySQL and PostgreSQL modules available for
Postfix. (I had to roll my own from source in 9.x.)
