[SLE] EPSON 5900L vs SuSE10

hello,
I have a problem to print on SuSE10 using EPSON EPL-5900L.
So far I have tried with this:
1. I generated Epson-EPL-5900L-epl5900l.ppd and tried to set up in
YAST>HARDWARE>PRINTERS
2. Installed ghostscript.omni.
3. Played with UTILITIES>PRINTING>PRINTING MANAGER
No positive result in all cases...no patient nither any more :).
Printing with LPR even tells me that there is no entry. What to do?
