[SLE] help with vmware

I just installed vmware (ver VMware-workstation-5.5.1-19175) on SUSE 10. If I
shutdown windows and re-start I get a complaint about a missing DLL. If I
reboot the host (SUSE) then i can login. In any case I cannot get any
networking to happen in the guest OS (win2000). I
ran /usr/bin/vmware-config.pl and selected bridged networking...
