It turns out that when one uses YaST|DHCP SERVER, then YaST edits the file /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd to specify the interface selected as the one on which the dhcp server should operate. I could find no means for telling YaST to use more than one interface for the server. Instead, in addition to ensuring, manually, that /etc/dhcpd.conf defines your LAN, and all its subnets, correctly, it's necessary also to manually edit /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd to ensure the line DHCPD_INTERFACE="..." includes _all_ the interfaces on which you want your dhcp server to operate. This list is a space delimited list, as the example in the comment preceding this line in the file demonstrates.
