Is there anyway to check if a particular user like me is responsible for
the pain ?

please mail a check or something of that sort such that me / other users
who dont understand whats going on can unsubscribe if they are causing
the problem.

I have gotten this this morning too, from messages that I sent the
list 2 weeks or so ago. I just deleted an counted it as a strange
happening, good to know I was not the only one getting them back.
