You do not want to do this, it's called top-posting and is impolite.

If you're answering a threaded discussion, such as this it would be
impolite to top post.
It is often easier to read a top-posted reply to a personal email, then
to have to scroll down. I've been top-posting where appropriate ever
since I got on email back on my VAX system at the university back in the
'80s.
In answer to the OPs question, however, just copy/paste your sig to the
top and you're off. It is only a few minor keystrokes.
I'm sure if you want to always top-post you could join the KDE community
and help hack a solution. It is - after all - open source. :)
