Apparently not.
I've always understood the SUSE "Autologin" feature to mean the user isn't
prompted for a password and the system boots directly to his/her desktop.
Which makes me wonder why they (now being two folks following this)
aren't able to have it work for them. I have my son's laptop boot right
into his Linux profile, but I opted for kdm and not gdm, so even though
it's 9.3, it's not what is in question.
