Once I had the same problem, I have removed wondershaper, and this glitch
disappear. Cannot understand background of this problem... Anyone, please
explain....
If you are still running 9.3, see
/usr/share/doc/packages/sysconfig/README under the section:
sysfs and persistent names
(Note that this problem went away with 10.0)
