Known problem. It's related to Zen and rug...
You can remove these services and use yast2 online update or yum manually.

/etc/init.d/novell-zmd stop
rpm -e zmd rug zen-updater

I just upgraded to 10.1 yesterday and, as part of the installation process,
it went to the update process at the very end and picked up a couple of
package updates. As far as I know, I'm now current. My question is, if,
when I get notified of new packages being available, can I just ignore the
Software Updater and go directly to YOU and avoid any problems, or is the
fact that zen and rug are installed going to cause me problems anyway? In
other words, is it safe to leave these packages on my system, or should I
uninstall them to avoid problems when updates next become available?
