No, findutils-locate is something you installed manually and explicitly.
It is not installed by default. It was before, it isn't now.
He must have checked off the "experienced user" box. I think that's where
it comes in.
I don't know. The only .sel file that includes findutils-locate is Hacker.sel,
and I don't see that included anywhere in YaST. But I'll do a test install in
vmware to see if I can find what might bring it in by accident, if anything
