this thing is typical of hardware problem. even if you
happen to complete the install, it will be necessary broken.
try to clean the disks (with soap and fresh water, simply,
whash your hands on the same process as finger prints are
desastrous and clean with toilet paper).
If this don't fix the problem, go back to the store and ask
for a replacement...
