The short answer is "yes". I installed this, and it seems fine. Install
Smart, then upgrade Smart from Pascal's site, and you will get full access to
all existing packages.
This month's Linux Format (UK) also has 10.1 as the cover DVD, but I haven't
used this one yet so I can't say if there are any differences.
