[SLE] suse mailing lists

due to heavy workload i can no longer keep up with the various suse
mailing lists.
all my attempts to unsubscribe have failed (i keep getting the email)
i recieved a "confirm unsubribe" emails for both
suse-security@xxxxxxxx and suse-security-announce@xxxxxxxx but neither
of them stuck when i replied.
i can't get any reply back from the mailing list software for
suse-linux-e@xxxxxxxx
i've sent numerous emails to all three trying to unsubscribe...
anybody have the magic formula for unsubscribing?
