Hej Tage,

For stopping mails coming from a server with a .biz domain-name, you can
use a postfix method - check_client_access. For mails with a
From:-address of <something>.biz, you could use postfix' header_checks.

And I want to stop mail who have an URL for .biz

I think you'll have to write a custom spamassassin rule for that.
